Returns
We offer 30-day returns, no questions asked.
If your towel isn’t right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging where possible
To start a return, simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Engraved Tags
Please note:
- All engraved aluminium tags are final sale
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or alterations on engraved items

Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes to the delivery address.
We recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number — they may be able to assist with redirecting your parcel.
